Our Process
From 30,000 feet to the nitty gritty.
At Spark we work with clients either at start-up or ‘now what?’ Successful clients are ready to grow and are willing to stretch themselves in order to make it happen.
Are you ready for a business coach? If you’re not sure, here’s an article we wrote about when to hire one. Here’s another article we wrote about how to get the most from your coach.
Step 1: The Business Assessment
All Spark clients begin with a 60-90 minute Business Assessment. We ask you to consider some questions beforehand and then we all get together (in person, if possible) for a high-level, strategic conversation about the issues you’re facing and what you need to tackle them. For the Business Assessment you’ll work with both of us at the same time because we both like to know who’s joining the Spark family.
Step 2: Ongoing Coaching
Some clients do a Business Assessment with us and then get to work on their own. Most come on and do ongoing, tactical coaching with us. This is where we make the goals actionable and make sure you stay accountable. In short, it’s where we get things done and it’s where the change happens.
For ongoing coaching, you work with one of us. We’ll determine which of us is the right fit and make sure everyone is comfortable with that. We meet with clients at least monthly and there are options for in-person and phone/online sessions.
On Rates and Packages
For our session rates, please get in touch.
We don’t sell packages. We just don’t believe in it. We’re not interested in keeping you longer than you want to stay or artificially ‘finishing’ with you. We believe in helping our clients make money.
Most clients stay on with us since they far out-earn the investment from our work together. We don’t waste our clients’ time or money, period. We think it’s a simple, honest equation.
Testimonials
“Amy has been a joy to work with. She listens, encourages, pushes and prods, allowing you to come to your own conclusions but absolutely steering you in better and more productive directions, with a bevy of added insights along the way. She's considered, considerate, and smart as a cookie, and I can't recommend her enough.” — Stuart T
